Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to your service anytime by providing us with a 30-day notice. Simply send us a cancellation notice via our technical support page and we will terminate your subscription.

Please note that clients are still responsible for any outstanding invoices. Dual Code will not refund any money to our clients.
