Dual Code Inc. Expands and Appoints Directors.

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - April 1, 2008. Dual Code Inc., a leading developer of custom, SCORM compliant eLearning solutions, continues its expansion and appoints three new Directors.

Erin Pyka has been appointed to Director of Instructional Design. Mrs. Pyka will be responsible for ensuring that every training program developed by Dual Code complies with eLearning best practices. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate training, having managed Educational Services departments for various technology companies such as Microstrategy, Atreus Systems, Cognos and IBM. She graduated with honors from Harvard University.

Derek Lamothe has been appointed to Director of Multimedia. Mr. Lamothe will be responsible for turning training programs into attention-grabbing, interactive eLearning modules. With more than 13 years of experience in the field of multimedia, Mr. Lamothe has earned a respected reputation as a leading graphic, Web and multimedia designer. Through his exceptional design skills, his strong creative abilities and quality craftsmanship, Mr. Lamothe has always delivered innovative and timely solutions according to client needs. Mr. Lamothe also possesses excellent business skills. In 2000, he founded Hyper-Media, which was acquired in 2003 by The Willow Group.

Christine Longpre has been appointed to Director of Human Resources. Mrs. Longpre is responsible for hiring talented individuals to ensure Dual Code's continued growth and developing and maintaining HR policies. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked for Corel Corporation, Source FM and, more recently, Lumenera Corporation. Her leadership in human resources helped Lumenera earn the title of "Ottawa's Fastest Growing Company" in 2006. Mrs. Longpre holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Laurentian University.
