Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - February 23, 2012. Dual Code Inc., a leading developer of eLearning solutions, was honoured with a second place finish at the 2012 Bootstrap awards hosted by Exploriem.org. The company received a silver medal in the "Best Business Model" category.

The Bootstrap Awards were established to recognize the achievements of self-capitalized companies in the Ottawa community. The annual awards ceremony, hosted by Bruce Firestone's entrepreneur network Exploriem, included twelve awards, up from 10 last year. Nominations were up 40 per cent year-over-year with 93 submissions - a sign of fierce competition and a healthy start-up scene.
