The annual awards program recognizes notable industry leaders under the age of 40. A panel of executives has selected the most promising and exciting nominees based on business achievements, professional expertise, and community involvement.

Mr. Richard founded Dual Code in 2008. In 2011, the company was recognized by the Bootstrap Awards as one of Ottawa's fastest growing startups – and achievement it repeated in 2013.
